Policies
Nonrefundable $30 Deposit Required when booking appointment
- This deposit will be applied to your booked session or a future session if cancelled with adequate notice. No shows or late cancellations less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in forfeit of deposit.
- Deposit MUST be made within 48 hours of booking your session.
- Deposit can be paid by Paypal, Venmo, Apple pay or credit card. Credit card transactions are subject to a service fee of $5.00 per transaction.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time
- If you are running more than 10 min late for your session it will be considered a late cancellation and you will need to reschedule and the deposit will be forfeited. Lateness takes time away from your session and can affect the following clients appointments for the day.
Private Group Class (Event)
- A $50 deposit is required to book a group class/event. The deposit will be applied towards the total amount due. A Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice prior to scheduled class/event will forfeit deposit.
- Remainder due must be paid in full 48 hours prior to scheduled class/event.
- Minimum of 4 participants required, unless approved by facilitator.
Workshops
- Deposit amount required will vary based on the workshop and be notated in details of the booking section.
- Require registration and are subject to participation. If minimum number of participants are not met workshop may be canceled by facilitator.
- If a workshop is canceled by facilitator due to lack of participation or weather related conditions deposits will be refunded minus any credit card transaction fees.
