The One Brain® technique is a specialized system of energetic muscle testing combined with brain balancing techniques. It helps to identify underlying sources of stress, which can then be released through techniques that the mind/body determines are best, including meridian tapping, acupressure, eye movement therapy, visual imagery, and brain integration exercises.
